Builders Britton Homes, Perry Homes and David Weekley Homes Will Provide Homebuyers More Choice at Fast-Growing Fort Worth Coveted Community<\/em><\/p>\n

FORT WORTH (January 24) \u2013 224 new homes are coming to Walsh as the growing development located minutes west of downtown Fort Worth opens its largest residential phase since 2020. The new neighborhood known as Brook Hollow features an expansion of the award-winning Walsh development\u2019s multi-use parks and trail system, access to all the community\u2019s amenities, and homesites zoned in the Aledo Independent School District. A variety of home sizes and architectural styles from homebuilders David Weekly Homes, Britton Homes and Perry Homes are planned at Brook Hollow.<\/p>\n

Walsh, which is home to more than 2,500 residents today, offers a quick commute to many of Fort Worth\u2019s major employers and resident amenities including the Makerspace, Village Market, Athletic Club, resort-style pools, multiple neighborhood parks, and more than 100 community programmed events throughout the year. The current 1600-acre residential development at Walsh is a partnership between Walsh Companies and\u00a0Republic Property Group<\/a>\u00a0and will feature between 3,500 to 4,000 homesites at full build out.<\/p>\n

Lot availability reached record lows in 2022 across the U.S., with the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors reporting only 2.3 months\u2019 worth of inventory available as recent as late 2022. The delivery of homesites at the Brook Hollow neighborhood will represent completion of approximately 35% of the initial Walsh residential phases planned since opening in 2017.<\/p>\n

The largest homes in Brook Hollow will be built on 70-foot lots by\u00a0Britton Homes<\/a>, a luxury homebuilder brand from\u00a0Perry Homes<\/a>. Each of these homesites backs up to greenspace and a creek, providing future residents with thoughtfully designed private backdrops to nature and immediate trail access. Perry Homes will also build the first 55-foot homesites ever offered at Walsh in the Brook Hollow neighborhood and upwards of 32 new luxury townhome units, which were first introduced at Walsh in 2020.<\/p>\n

David Weekley will bring more of its popular garden homes to Brook Hollow, one of the fastest-selling product types at Walsh and a popular choice for homebuyers seeking affordability and quality. This will be in addition to the 35-foot and 50-foot homes currently offered by\u00a0David Weekley<\/a>\u00a0in the existing Walsh neighborhoods.<\/p>\n

Designs will follow the same architectural styles observed throughout Walsh, which are carefully curated by a community and developer-driven Architecture Review Committee that prioritizes timeless selections and ensures multiple homebuilders bring diversity in styles to each neighborhood block.
