Spin bikes, free weights, treadmills, elliptical and rowing machines \u2013 you name it, it\u2019s all right here ready for you to run, ride, row and lift. There\u2019s even a separate private movement studio designed so you can spin, stretch, sweat or just reflect on the moment.<\/p>\n

Sit under a cabana in resort style, slide down the water slide, watch the little ones in the shaded baby pool and take a refreshing dip in the big pool with beach-entry. Who needs to go on vacation when you have this in the neighborhood?<\/p>\n

Need more of a workout? Adjacent to the Athletic Club is the lap pool. Six lanes. Junior Olympic length. Just waiting for you. And on some days, you may even catch local competitive meets here.
