This rare snowfall gave families a reason to bundle up and head outside.” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]What a weekend we had here in mid-January, with snow kissing the landscape as nature’s beautiful gift of a snow day gave families a reason to dig scarves and mittens out of boxes and head outside.<\/p>\n

Of course, this rare powder made parks and homes look even more amazing, but our favorite moments came with impromptu snowball fights, cheerful snowmen, and families racing to Overlook Park<\/a> to throw themselves down the hill in laundry baskets, cardboard boxes, and the occasional pool float.<\/p>\n

Thanks to everyone who braved the chill to make some memories. Who knows when a chance at a snow day like this will come around again?<\/p>\n
