[vc_column_text]Homeowners Association assessments are based on the size of your home site and currently range from $180-$257 per month. This monthly fee accounts for membership to the Athletic Club, 2 Gigabit home Internet access, front yard mowing, maintenance of all parks, pools and over 24 miles of walking and biking trails, and a robust lifestyle program including a full calendar of community events planned by our Lifestyle Director each month.<\/p>\n

Townhome fees range from $289-$372 per month because, in addition to all the items included in standard HOA assessments, the townhome assessments cover the costs of maintaining common areas and shared infrastructure. Townhome dues and included services vary by location; please confirm with your builder for lot-specific information.<\/p>\n

HOA dues are subject to occasional, incremental increases as the community grows.<\/p>\n
